We would like to remind you that at Garde & Ris you can buy homemade purées made by our Chef Sébastien.
Garde & Ris has the “Fait Maison” label. A dish is considered as such if it is cooked entirely on site using raw or traditionally used products. This responds to the values expected today: traceability, authenticity, transparency, proximity and sustainability.
Jars are available in the fridge opposite the kitchen (ground floor) at a cost of Fr. 6.- per jar.
Payment by Twint, invoice or cash. Please enter your purchases on the list.
